62-38-201. DEFINITIONS

  • Antibacterial solution:
    A solution used to stop the growth of bacteria.

  • Aseptic technique:

    A device used to clean and sterile the instruments making use of temperature and pressure.
  • Autoclave indicator:
    Tapes, strips or markers used for chemical detection purpose.
  • Biohazardous waste:
    In one word 'regulated waste.
  • Regulated Waste:
    A potentially infectious materials, which needs careful handling.
