- 4201 - Definitions
Tattoo - It means to insert pigment under the skin of a human being with the help of needle or other appliances in order to make indelible design or figure, which is visible through the skin.
- 4203 - Minors
A person shall not place a tattoo mark or any figure upon a person, who's age is under 18 years.
- § 4251 - Rules and Regulations
All the necessary rules and regulations governing the application of tattoos upon the bodies of human beings authorized and empowered by the Department of Human Services.
- 4252 - Issuance of Licenses
License a persons to practice the art of tattooing is empowered by the Department of Human Services. The department issue licenses annually, upon the payment of $50 fees. This license expires on of 30th September every year.
- 4301 - License Required
Without the Department of Human Services license, a person is not allowed to place a tattoo upon the body of other person.
