  • Helmet for safety purpose - Necessary by law(less than 18 year of age).

  • Eye Protection - Not necessary.

  • Headlight use during daytime - Permitted (headlight modulation).

  • Seat for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.

  • Footrest for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.

  • Age restriction for passenger - No.

  • Speakers (Helmet) - No restrictions.

  • Breaks - Necessary on both wheels.

  • Inspection for safety (periodically) - Necessary by law.

  • Use Left mirror/Right mirror - One necessary by law.

  • Receiving motorcycle endorsement from other states - Allowed.

Off Road Requirements for motorcycles

  • Helmet for safety purpose - Necessary for less than 18 years of age.

  • Eye protection - Not necessary.

  • Age validity (for operator) - Not allowed for less than 8 year of age on public lands. Safety certificate is must for operator who is between 8 and 16 years of age.

  • Certificate requirement for rider education - Not necessary.

  • License requirement (for operator) - Necessary.

  • Headlights - Necessary after sunset.

  • Sound levels limit (max) - No limit.

  • Registration - Necessary by law.

  • Title for vehicle - Necessary by law.
