  • Age validity (for operator) - Under age of 12 years are not allowed for ATV's only - A safety certificate is must for operators between the ages of 12 and 16.

  • Certificate requirement for rider education - Necessary for twelve years of age and not licensed for ATV's only.

  • License requirement (for operator) - Necessary by law for ATV's only.

  • Headlights - Necessary by law for ATV's only.

  • Sound levels limit (max) - No.

  • Registration - Necessary by law for ATV's only.

  • Title for vehicle - Not necessary.
