Road Requirements for motorcycles
- Helmet for safety purpose - Necessary by law for under age 18.
- Eye Protection - Eye protective device is required which may be attached to the helmet, safety eyeglasses, or goggles, and approved by directors
- Headlight use during daytime - Permitted (headlight modulation).
- Seat for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.
- Age restriction for passenger - None.
- Footrest for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.
- Speakers (Helmet) - No restrictions.
- Breaks - Necessary on both wheels.
- Inspection for safety (periodically) - Necessary by law (random).
- Use Left mirror/Right mirror - One necessary by law.
- Receiving motorcycle endorsement from other states - Allowed.
Off Road Requirements for motorcycles
- Helmet for safety purpose - Necessary for under the age of eighteen with the supervision of a person (more than 18 years old) unless they have taken a valid license, OHV safety permit, or safety course.
- Eye protection - Necessary for under the age of eighteen with the supervision of a person (more than 18 years old) unless they have taken a valid license, OHV safety permit, or safety course.
- Age validity (for operator) - An operator under the age of 10 must have supervision.
- Certificate requirement for rider education - Necessary for under the age of 18.
- License requirement (for operator) - Not necessary.
- Headlights - Necessary after sunset.
- Sound levels limit (max) - 96dBA @ 20 inches.
- Registration - Necessary by law.
- Title for vehicle - Necessary by law.
