- Seat for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.
- Footrest for passenger - Needed if there is a passenger.

- Speakers for helmet - Not restricted.
- Periodical Inspection for safety - Required as per the law.
- Use Left mirror/Right mirror - One of it is necessary by law.
- Radar Detector - Not necessary.
- Turn Signals - Not necessary.
- Rider-Education Waiver - Test for Skill and Knowledge verification.
- Receiving motorcycle endorsement from other states - Allowed.
- State Insurance - Require compulsory liability and with the minimum limits of 15/30/10. Insurance discount is valid for 3 years after completing the rider education program.
- Handlebar Height - At max 15" above the seat.
- Rider Education Waiver - Skill and the knowledge test.
- Motorcycle Endorsement from Other States - Yes accepted.

Off Road Requirements for motorcycles

- Minimum age for operator - Restricted and 12 years or less rider with a supervisor of age 18 or more is must on public lands.
- Certificate of rider education - It is required.

- Headlights - Needed after sunset.
- Taillights - Needed after sunset.
- Sound levels Maximum limit - Restricted, 88dba at 60% maximum throttle at 50 feet.
- Registration - Necessary.
