Firearms & Minors:
It is illegal or a felony to possess a firearm on school grounds or within 1000' of a school zone. Statute 948.605. This statute does not apply to:
- Private property excluding school grounds
- Licensed person by government body to possess the firearm unloaded and encased firearms.
- A person with firearms for use in a school-approved program.
- A person having school contract to possess firearm.

- Child Access Prevention Law: Allowed.
