    • On the premises

      - It is allowed in-between 8 AM to 4 AM.

      - Some counties have more restrictive hours.

    • Off the premises

      - Prohibited on Sunday in-between 3 AM to 8 AM.

      - Beer sale is allowed as per state law for 24 hours a day.

      - Spirits and Wine sale is allowed : in-between 9 AM to midnight from Monday to Saturday and since noon to 9 PM on Sunday.

      - Various counties have some more prohibitions and restrictions on sale hours, like ban on beer sales overnight.

  • Remarks as per the alcohol laws of New York

    • This state has 12 dry towns and they are in western region of state.

    • On Sundays, it's not allowed to sale wine or spirits on or off the premises before 8 AM.

    • Sale of wine and spirits off the premises is allowed at liquor stores only, and no beer at all.

    • Wine or spirit sales are final and no any exchanges of purchases are allowed.

    • It is must to own all liquor store by a single person, who have to live nearby it.

    • Some of the counties have Sunday morning beer prohibition but is discontinued as of July 2006 by state.
