Alcohol Laws in New Mexico

    • There is no control on the alcoholic beverage for beer.

    • There is no alcoholic beverage control on the distilled spirits.

    • For wine there is no control on the alcoholic beverage.

  • Sale hours for alcohol in New Mexico

    • On the premises sale hours of alcoholic beverages except Sunday

      - It is allowed in-between 7 AM to 2 AM.

    • Off the premises sale hours of alcoholic beverages except Sunday

      - It is allowed in-between 7 AM to 12 AM.

  • Remarks as per the alcohol laws of New Mexico

    • Prohibitions of sale of alcohol on Christmas, and if Christmas is on Sunday, have permission of sale on as well as off the premises till 2 AM.

    • Legal Guardians and/or parents are permitted to provide alcohol to children within home.

    • Liquor stores, gas stations and Supermarkets may also sell liquor.

    • Sunday permition is allowing sale on as well as off the premise right from noon till midnight.
