  • Sale hours for alcohol in Delaware Delaware Alcohol Laws

    • On the premises - It is not allowed in-between 9 AM to 1 AM.

    • Off the premises - It is allowed
      1. On Monday to Saturday in-between 9 AM to 1 AM.
      2. On Sunday from noon to 8 PM.
      3. In the municipalities having a population of more than fifty thousand people, the local ordinance can restrict stricter hours for sale.

  • Remarks as per the alcohol laws of Delaware

    • For off the premise consumption, it is only allowed to purchase alcohol from the liquor stores only.

    • It is strictly prohibited for anybody under 21 years to enter liquor store and taproom.

    • On the designated holidays, it is not allowed to sale alcohol by liquor stores or taprooms.
