We know all over the world alcohol is the reason for many injuries, accidents, as well as deaths, same thing also happening in US. It is not allowed to use the word 'refreshing' by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BAFT) in the alcohol beverages descriptions. Instead they ask to describe the beer as brisk and the wine as the reviving. That's right BAFT, we have a thesaurus.
In Texas, in case if found any adult or any minors providing alcohol to the other individual, who is a minor, has to face a penalty. It will come in class A misdemeanor, as well as have to pay a fine of $4,000, and confinement in jail for a year, or both of it.
It is necessary that the individual should be at least of age 21 years or more than that to purchase as well as consume alcohol by law.

United State Constitutional Alcohol Law Provisions as per 21st Amendment - Repeal of ProhibitionAmendment XXI
Section 1: The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 2: The transportation or importation into any state, territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.
Section 3: This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several states, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the states by the Congress.
