- Any person if is unmarried.
Putative Fathers
Wisconsin State does not have a Putative Father Registry.
- What are the registry requirements to receive notice?
Statute: - § 48.025(2)- A putative father can register a parental interest before the termination period of the parental rights of the putative father.
- This declaration should be signed and written by the putative father.
- Registry Information :
Statute: - § 48.025(2)- In declaration, you should include:
- The name with full address of birth mother and the putative father
- Birth date of child (month and year)
- A statement
- Paternity Revocation (of claim):
