• Age Requirements :

  A child must be less than 28 days old.

• The following may relinquish the Infant :

  • Parents may relinquish the infant.

• Safe Haven Provider Responsibilities :

  • They should provide the required medical care to the child.
  • They should provide the protective custody to the child.
  • They must notify the State police or county agency.
