North Dakota State does not have a Putative Father Registry.
- What are the registry requirements to receive notice?
Statute: - §- § 14-17-23; 14-17-24
- If the birth father is a presumed father
- If relation between birth father and child is determined by a court
- If during an inquiry, the court identifies the biological father and satisfies by it, then he is able to receive a notice for termination proceedings.
