Putative Fathers

Nevada State does not have a Putative Father Registry.

• What are the registry requirements to receive notice?
  Statute: - §- § 128.085; 128.150
  • The putative father may receive the termination proceedings notice.
  • Appearance of the putative father at the proceedings is must and he must claim the custodian rights.
