Registry requirements to receive notice : Statute: Fam. Law - §§ 5-322; 5-310

1. Within the time stated in the show cause order, the natural father must file the notice o objection to an adoption.
2. The natural father must to entitle to notice of an adoption petition
3. The natural father must ready to be as a father and the natural mother must agree for it
4. Failure to receive a response to petition within 30 days by the local department shall be deemed a negative response
