    • Medical service provider
    • Hospital

    • An emergency medical service provider.

    • Child advocacy center

  • Responsibilities of the safe haven provider : Statute: Ch. Code art. 1152
    • Give up information about counseling and reclaiming parental rights
    • Immediately notify the department
    • Provide a card containing the information to contact the department, when they have questions about relinquishment and reveal medical and genetic information.

  • Immunity for provider : Statute: Ch. Code art. 1152 Yes.

  • Protection for relinquishing parent : Statute: Ch. Code art. 1151
