Adoption parties

  • Who can adopt: Statute: - § 199.470

    • Husband wife together
    • Any body of 18 years or more
    • Any residential of this state for last one year at least

  • Who can be adopted: Statute: Statute: - § 199.470

    • A child.

  • Who can place a child for adoption : Statute: - §- § 199.470; 199.473

    • State Cabinet.
    • Any other person have to take permission of Cabinet for placing as well as receiving any child.
    • Any licensed organization or agency.
