Expenses allowed for child relinquishment : Statute: - § 19-8-24
- It is not allowed by law for a person or the entity to indirectly or directly offer inducements to parent for relinquishing their child.
Fees allowed for charges by agency or department : Statute: Statute: - § 19-8-13(b)
- Fees has to paid to the clerk in the court for filing the adoption petition as per - § 15-6-77 and 77.1.
Expenses accounting as per court requirement : Statute : Statute: - § 19-8-13(c), (d)
- Each attorney has to file affidavit listing all legal fees.
- Each petitioner have to file along with a report of full accounting for all the disbursements made by him/her.
