State haven laws for Infants
- Infant age : Statute: - § 17a-58
- 30 days or younger baby.

- Any one from the nursing staff in the hospital emergency room.

- Give numbered identification bracelet to the parent so that it links them to the child, and a pamphlet which describe the process of relinquishment.
